The Volta Collection brings a new approach to Dowel Jones furniture. The Volta High Stool features a soft, rolled edge solid timber seat resting atop a symmetrical frame. Contrasting against the tubular frame, and solid timber seat are solid brass details, left uncoated to patina naturally with the stool The Volta High Stool is available in both 650mm counter height, and 750mm bar height.


The Volta Collection is available in 27 frame colours, and various timber options. For available options, please email us at info@doweljones.com.

Designer

Ries is a design studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina focused on product and contemporary furniture design, as well as interiors and small-scale architecture.

The studio’s approach to design is influenced by it's members mixed background in architecture and industrial design, who combine different materials with production processes rooted in craft and industry to create pieces that seek to elevate the experience of the everyday life.

The studio was founded in 2016 and is directed by Marcos Altgelt and Tasio Picollo.
