Half chair half stool, the Half Hurdle chair was our first chair design. Now an iconic piece, the Half Hurdle Chair has been used over the years as a dining chair, bedside table, occasional seat, and even a plat stand. 

The Half Hurdle chair is made up of 2 tubular components forming the backrest and legs. We worked with some of Melbourne's best metal fabricators to create a classic Dowel Jones piece.

The Half Hurdle Chair can be found in homes and venues all around the world.
