Seven Seeds in Carlton is an airy, industrial space with a micro-roaster serving all-day brunch, salads and specialty teas. Designed by Alana Cooke, the interior uses pre-existing elements of the already industrial building while adding in warm timbers and black steel, complemented by Hurdle High Stools and Hurdle Low Stools in matching colours.
