Designed by Therefore Studio working closely with branding agency The Company You Keep, Broadsheet Restaurant was a 8 week pop-up restaurant by Broadsheet Media. Therefore Studio's interior centred around a simplicity of palette, maximising the use of those material which required less finishing or fixing in order to exploit construction efficiencies.

Broadsheet Restaurant was Dowel Jones first commercial hospitality project, which is where the Hurdle High Stool was originally designed for. Other pieces included were the Half Hurdle Chair and Full Hurdle Chairs in custom oak shells.
